The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission has announced that the form required for Cyprus Investment Firms to calculate the annual fee payable to CySEC under the Investment Services Law (Law 144(I)/2007) in respect of the calendar year 2016 is now available on the CySEC website.
Annual fees must be paid no later than four months after the end of the year to which they relate. Completed forms should be submitted to CySEC before 30 April 2017 accompanied by an extract from the audited financial statements showing turnover for 2016 and evidence of the payment of the annual fees.
