Elias Neocleous & Co LLC, the leading Cyprus law firm, has promoted three lawyers to partnership, in the Limassol, Nicosia and Paphos offices. Demetris Roti, a specialist in corporate and commercial law, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and banking and finance, has become a partner in the firm’s Limassol head office. Andrea Kallis Parparinou, who specialises in employment law, corporate law, cross-border trading and investment and financial services, and Christia Middleton, a specialist in healthcare law, contract law, tort law, civil law, criminal law, family law, human rights, and IVF law, including surrogacy arrangements, have become partners in the Nicosia and Paphos offices respectively.
In addition, Dimitris Papoutsis, a specialist in capital markets and financial services regulation, Christiana Pyrkotou, a dispute resolution specialist, and Ramona Livera, who specialises in intellectual property law and competition, have been promoted to senior associate.
All the promotions took effect on 1 June 2017.
