ISO 9001:2015 Certification

We are delighted to announce that, following its second Surveillance Audit, Elias Neocleous & Co LLC has successfully retained its ISO 9001:2015 certification.  The audit, which was concluded on 31st October 2019, was performed by internationally renowned certification specialists Bureau Veritas.

ISO 9001 is an international certification standard that sets out the criteria for a quality management system. It provides guidance for companies and organizations looking to ensure their products and services consistently meet quality requirements.  Companies wishing to retain ISO 9001 certification must submit themselves for audit every three years.  By successfully completing the BV audit, Elias Neocleous & Co LLC has demonstrated the firm’s strong commitment to efficiency and quality of service.   Its quality management system (‘QMS’) displayed a clear bias towards customer satisfaction, strong leadership, professional risk management, objectives measurement and, the promotion of change, innovation and awareness.

In their audit report, the lead auditor of BV Athens corroborated the firm’s commitment to ISO 9001:2015 and specifically recognized the following QMS strengths:
