According to Mr. Neocleous, Cyprus is no exception to the serious consequences of the Covid 19 global crisis. Dealing with them requires a lot of effort in all areas, but it is also an opportunity to accelerate necessary changes. In the field of Justice, the crisis reveals that the conditions are ripe for utilizing modern technologies with an aim to reform, modernize and improve the efficiency of the justice system. In the economy in general, it is necessary, in addition to general attentiveness of the business world, for the State to take courageous measures to support the most affected sectors, and also, to carefully plan the overall policy for the fair and economically efficient distribution of the financial burden of the pandemic.
