In her article Elina provides a comprehensive discussion of the issues surrounding the protection of business and personal assets. She dispels the myth that asset protection is about hiding assets and defrauding existing creditors, explores some of the relevant legislation, and highlights circumstances where it would be both legitimate and desirable to take measures to reduce exposure to loss.
