Mr. Tsardellis spoke on the topic of Cypriot procedural law in civil matters. The event was organised by the European Lawyers Foundation and the Cyprus Bar Association, was co-funded by the Justice Programme of the European Union, and was attended by 40 lawyers from 8 different EU Member States. Under the programme, young lawyers can learn about other Member States’ legal systems, create or consolidate networking capacities and improve their legal language skills. The ultimate aim of the programme is to develop a European judicial culture.
