Combating internet fraud in the Digital era

An article authored by partner, Chrysanthos Christoforou, was recently published by IFLR. In his article Mr. Christoforou sets out the legislative framework in Cyprus for dealing with cybercrime. He also explains how the national legislative and police authorities are working in close co-operation with one another and with international organisations such as Interpol and Europol to try to stay one step ahead of cybercriminals.
