Our Partner Costas Stamatiou was a speaker at the C5 Fraud, Asset Tracing & Recovery Conference which was held in Geneva between the 24th and 25th of March 2022. Costas had the opportunity to discuss recent trends and developments in relation to fraud and asset tracing in Cyprus including the effects of the newly anticipated Cyprus civil procedure rules on asset tracing that are soon expected to enter into force.
