Elias Neocleous & Co LLC – South East Europe Jurisdiction Award (also shortlisted in 2022)
The Women in Business Law Awards were founded in 2011 and are associated with ‘International Financial Law Review’, ‘International Tax Review’, ‘Managing IP’,’ Benchmark Litigation’ and ‘Expert Guides.’ The awards exist to celebrate the most ground-breaking achievements by the region’s leading women lawyers as well as the most progressive law firms and in-house teams in terms of their gender policies, advocacy, and support of women in the practice of law. Whilst we look forward to the days when such awards are deemed unnecessary, we are delighted to see our ladies justly ranked alongside lawyers from international giants such as Allen & Overy, PwC, Bird & Bird, Baker McKenzie and Dentons.
Commenting on the shortlist, Managing Partner, Elias Neocleous stated, “Our firm has many outstanding female lawyers, and it is good to see them being independently recognised as such. The fact that this follows on from many of them also receiving individual rankings in 2024 Legal 500 is doubly gratifying. It also fully justifies the firm’s ongoing commitment to the promotion of diversity and inclusion. I congratulate all those shortlisted – in my book they are all winners.”
The Award recipients will be announced 28 June at a live gala ceremony. The complete EMEA Women in Business Law Awards Shortlist may be viewed here.
