Costas Stamatiou has been invited to speak at the 18th Edition of C5 Fraud, Asset Tracing and Recovery which will be held in Geneva between 14 and 15th of March 2024. He will be on a panel discussing contentious cross-border insolvency. It will include a discussion on the tools available for exposing fraud and recovering assets. Costas has a wealth of experience in international commercial litigation and shareholder disputes including asset tracing and recovery.
