Alexandros Neofytou
Biography
Alexandros joined Elias Neocleous & Co LLC in 2024 as a lawyer trainee and has since become an Associate in the Banking and Finance Department. He advises and assists on a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters, including corporate transactions, banking and finance, restructurings, local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work. He is also involved in the preparation of due diligence reports and legal opinions.
His work includes supporting clients with the establishment, structuring, and ongoing administration of Cyprus companies, as well as assisting with transactional and financing matters and the drafting and review of commercial agreements.
Alexandros has a strong interest in tax-related matters, including tax planning, advanced business structuring, and advisory services, as well as in blockchain and crypto-assets.
