Biography
Angelos Antonellos has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation. He handles matters involving banking law, contract law disputes, tort law, as well as employment law. At the same time, he has considerable experience in criminal litigation.
Relevant Experience
- Involved in high – value, complex litigation cases, including the annulment of a Disclosure Order by the Supreme Court of Cyprus, concerning a multinational credit institution;
- Advised on high – profile international crypto-related fraud cases with cross-border elements involving the United Kingdom and the Cayman Islands;
- Handles criminal defence cases at every stage, from initial investigation and prosecution through trial and appellate proceedings;
- Acts for national credit institutions and credit acquiring companies in asset recovery disputes;
- Involved in numerous disciplinary proceedings and regularly advises clients on disciplinary issues.
