Biography
Elena Karanikki graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and joined the Cyprus Bar Association in 2023. As a member of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, she supports clients in navigating complex corporate and commercial disputes. Her work includes involvement in arbitration proceedings, high-value corporate conflicts, contractual disputes, and cross-border enforcement of foreign judgments.

- Assisted in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings involving corporate and commercial disputes.
- Contributed to cases concerning breaches of fiduciary duties, breaches of contract and interim relief applications.
- Conducted legal research and drafted pleadings and opinions in relation to cross-border disputes and enforcement proceedings.
