Biography

Konstantinos is trusted by national banks, international organizations and private clients across litigation, real estate and immigration. He has extensive experience in appearing before the District and Supreme Courts of Cyprus.

Konstantinos has acted for institutional clients of significant standing, including national banks and international financial organisations in debt recovery litigation, as well as local municipal authorities in civil proceedings. Alongside his court practice, he is a firm advocate for alternative dispute resolution and regularly advises clients on negotiated settlements where these serve their best interests.

His contentious practice spans breach of contract, negligence and personal injury claims, as well as family law proceedings including divorce and ancillary applications. He has represented clients in criminal matters, with a particular focus on road traffic offences and private criminal prosecutions.

Beyond litigation, Konstantinos advises on real estate law and immigration law. In property matters, he guides clients through the full transaction lifecycle meaning from title due diligence and liaison with local authorities, to drafting and reviewing agreements and completing the transfer process at the Land Registry through to Title Deed issuance. In immigration matters, he advises clients on their status options, manages the full application process and accompanies them to appointments with the relevant authorities.
