He has been involved in a wide range of high-value transactions, representing international law firms, institutional financiers, credit agencies, as well as global commercial and development banks. His practice encompasses advising on cross-border mergers, significant real estate disposals, corporate restructurings, financing and refinancing deals, and the formation of regulated investment structures. Konstantinos works closely with multinational clients across various sectors, delivering strategic legal advice on complex corporate and financial matters.
