Acted on behalf of an international food company in connection with the sale of a subsidiary to a UK investment fund
Supported the Irish legal advisers of one of the world’s leading food brands with the Cyprus aspects of transactions
Provided tax advice to a substantial international religious organisation
Assisted with financing of a hotel resort in Moscow
Provided advice, due diligence and documentation for merger of two Eastern European paints and adhesives suppliers
Provided legal advice and assistance with the establishment of representative entities for a US-based international travel company
Provided advice and documentation in relation to acquisition of a substantial shareholding in a large Romanian IT business
