Elina has extensive experience in corporate law, trusts and estate planning. She advises trustees on trust management and high net worth individuals and family trusts on succession and estate planning.  She has experience in cross-border transactions including acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and refinancing.

  • Advised and assisted in the acquisition of two Greek islands by Cypriot trustees through the use of a Cyprus company as a vehicle for the acquisition of the properties

  • Advised major international banks on cross-border financing transactions, including the drafting of security and guarantee documentation governed by Cyprus law
