- Assisted and advised on legal matters relating to Asteroid Landmark in Nicosia, including property, leasing and commercial considerations connected with the development.
- Played an active role in negotiations with multiple embassies in relation to commercial leasing arrangements, including the review and negotiation of key lease terms, operational requirements and property related obligations.
- Involved in real estate transactions concerning the acquisition and disposal of immovable property, including land, residential property and commercial premises.
- Assisted with the drafting, review and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements and other property related contractual documentation.
- Involved in due diligence exercises relating to immovable property, including the review of title deeds, encumbrances, deposited contracts, permits and Land Registry records.
- Assisted with Land Registry procedures and completion formalities, including property transfers, deposits of sale agreements and related transactional steps.
