Elenios is an active member of the Firm’s litigation department, with a particular focus on Administrative Law, alongside experience in Constitutional, Public, Human Rights, Environmental and Energy Law. He approaches each case with strategic focus, dedication and clear vision.
Relevant Experience
- Specializing in the handling of administrative law cases, with a focus on environmental law, public procurement law, human rights, and planning (town and urban planning) law.
- Representing litigants before the Administrative Court, District Court, Supreme Court, and Supreme Constitutional Court.
- Drafting legal documents and developing legal arguments in the preparation and handling of cases.
- Conducting client meetings and interviews to assess cases and provide legal advice.
