George is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2010 and Fellow member since 2015, a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) since 2012 and a certified member in the public register of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission since 2019. He is a graduate of the University of Essex (2006) with a major in Accounting & Finance (BA) and he also holds a postgraduate degree in International Finance (MSc) from the same university (2007).

He is a comprehensively educated and collectively experienced qualified accountant with a demonstrated career history in high demanding professional environments, with extensive knowledge and insights of the Cyprus corporate financial market in its international perspective. Risk mitigation and tax optimization driven, with a pleasant personality acting with integrity and confidentiality above all, with a clear goal to resolve problems, improving processes and contribute effectively to the development of the organisation.

George, carries a “can do” mindset and he is dedicated to a continues professional education and development plan, attending all relevant learning and development seminars, in line with the requirements of ICPAC and CYSEC.

Currently, he is a member of the Corporate Governance and Business Ethics Committee of ICPAC and he holds a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors in UK.
