Kleanthis Zachariou is an associate in our Corporate and Commercial Department having experience in advising clients over their corporate and commercial dealings in Cyprus including areas such as banking, corporate, real estate, immigration, regulatory & compliance matters, banking litigation and other Cyprus law corporate and commercial matters.

Advising and legal consulting for matters relating to property law and real estate matters for foreign and local investors in Cyprus.
Advising and legal consulting for matters relating to Immigration law in Cyprus for physical and legal persons.
Advising and legal consulting on and implementation of policies related to the legal framework of Anti-Money Laundering & Financial Terrorism in Cyprus.
Advising and legal consulting on and implementation of policies related to the legal framework of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Active involvement in the enforcement of execution measures of Court judgements in Cyprus on behalf of Credit Institutions.
