Biography
Kyveli is a member of the Corporate and Commercial Department of Elias Neocleous & Co LLC, where she assists in advising clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including company structuring, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
Her work involves supporting the drafting and review of commercial agreements, assisting with corporate transactions, and contributing to advice on contractual arrangements governing relationships between companies and individuals. She also has exposure to technology, company, consumer, intellectual property, maritime, and employment-related matters.
Kyveli’s multidisciplinary background in economics, accounting, biology, and art allows her to approach legal matters with a commercially aware and solutions-oriented mindset. She combines legal analysis with an understanding of financial, operational, and strategic considerations, enabling her to contribute to the delivery of practical, well-rounded advice that supports clients in achieving their business objectives.
