Kyveli is a trainee lawyer in the Corporate and Commercial Department of Elias Neocleous & Co LLC, where she is focused on honing her legal skills and gaining practical experience. With a diverse educational background in economics, accounting, biology, and art, she offers a multidisciplinary approach that enriches her training and strengthens her ability to contribute meaningfully to the firm’s work.

Relevant experience

Assisting with the day-to-day management of client’s corporate affairs, Kyveli supports the incorporation and administration of companies.
Supporting lawyers in drafting corporate documents including resolutions, board minutes and various types of agreements.
Shadowing lawyers during client meetings on shareholders’ disputes and assisting in the preparation of distribution, agency, and other commercial agreements.
Conducting legal research on corporate governance, compliance and commercial law matters.

Career, skills and qualifications

Kyveli graduated with an LLB in Law from the University of Reading in 2024, where she was honoured with a scholarship for the duration of her studies.
She is currently a Lawyer Trainee in the firm’s corporate department, gaining practical experience in various aspects of corporate law.
She is fluent in both Greek and English and has conversational proficiency in French.
