Liubov is responsible for our Russian Desk, which is established to support Russian investors in their business activities worldwide, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Representation of the shareholders (the sellers) of a major Russian producer of ingredients for a bakery, patisserie and chocolate sectors in the M&A transaction under the Law of England and Wales
Representation of the shareholders (the sellers) of an investment company, registered under the Law of Germany, in the M&A transaction under the Law of Germany (in cooperation with a German law firm)
Extensive experience in drafting M&A documents and conducting M&A transactions (term sheets, memoranda of understanding, share sale and purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements, board resolutions, powers of attorney, etc.), including registration procedures
Experience in advising on the issues related to international corporate structuring, analysing of domestic and international tax legislation, including international conventions and bilateral tax treaties
Legal compliance of one of the most popular ski resorts in the Leningrad Region, the Russian Federation, in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation
Experience in advising on Family Office issues (Legal issues of Private Wealth Management)
Extensive experience in protecting the interests of legal entities and individuals in disputes in commercial and general jurisdiction courts under the law of the Russian Federation
