BIOGRAPHY

Theodora specializes in corporate law, leveraging her legal expertise to assist clients with a range of corporate and tax matters. After joining our firm as a lawyer trainee, she is now a qualified associate in the corporate and tax department, where she advises private clients on tasks ranging from daily operations to complex financing and corporate governance issues.

  • Dealing with the incorporation of companies, corporate maintenance and reorganization of corporate structures;
  • Advising on companies’ law and corporate governance related matters;
  • Involved and assisting in multi-jurisdiction transactions and restructurings;
  • Involved in projects advising trustees of Cyprus International Trusts on all legal matters relating to acquisition, holding and disposal of assets, as well as financing;
  • Assisting and advising on tax law matters related to tax residency of individuals and legal entities.

  • LLB Law, University of Leicester, United Kingdom, 2020 (First Class Honours);
  • LLM in Legal Practice (LPC), City University of London, United Kingdom 2021 (Distinction);
  • Successfully passed all Cyprus bar exams in June 2022 ranking 7th overall;
  • Admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2022;
  • Theodora has successfully completed the first two stages of the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT), a globally recognized benchmark for expertise in international tax matters. This achievement brings her closer to becoming a fully qualified practitioner in the field;
  • Speaks Greek (native), English (fluent) and French (basic).
