Biography
Theofilos is an active member of the Firm’s Litigation Department, with experience across a broad range of practice areas, including Constitutional, Public, Public Procurement, Human Rights, Environmental and Energy Law. He also advises on all aspects of employment, civil and family law. He has previously practiced law in Greece
Relevant Experience
- Advising clients on public and civil law issues and representing them in court and Tender’s review Authority
- Negotiating with other parties’ advisers.
- Involved in legal research, drafting of legal opinions, and litigation support across matters of public and private law, with particular focus on constitutional and administrative review, environmental protection, and fundamental rights
