‘Justice delayed is justice denied’

An article with the above title, authored by our Associate Maria Hadjisavva, was recently published by In-cyprus.com.  In the article Maria explores an apparent difference in attitude on the part of the Cyprus authorities when addressing crimes, and potential crimes, in which the victim, or potential victim, is an immigrant rather than a Cypriot citizen.  She then considers the ‘human rights’ implications of tardy investigation processes in respect of two very high-profile cases that occurred in Cyprus in modern times.
