Central Banks and Digital Currencies

In her article she explores the discussions taking place between Central Banks and associated authorities on the topic of introducing a ‘Central Bank’ digital currency. She outlines the main practical and legal issues which would require addressing and summarises the conditions that must be met for such a digital currency to be viewed as a success.
