We are very pleased to announce that Elias Neocleous & Co. LLC has published a new legal handbook “Ex Tempore”. Ex Tempore includes the main pieces of legislation in all sectors of Cypriot Law with jurisprudence by article. Through this publication, we aspire to contribute to the development of legal writing in our country, as well as to the knowledge of the applicable law.
Despite the fact that Elias Neocleous & Co. LLC invests in technology and the promotion of digital solutions, it does not ignore the value and usefulness of printed legal books. We believe that such texts will always have a place in libraries, and will continue, as they are now, to be a point of reference for legal thought, work and especially litigation.
The presentation of “Ex Tempore” will take place on September 28, 2022, at the Parklane Hotel in Limassol. Τhe main speaker of the event will be Dr. Ioannis Delikostopoulos, Lawyer at the Supreme Court of Greece and Associate Professor of the Law School of the University of Athens. Greeting speeches will be delivered by the Attorney General of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Giorgos Savvidis, the Minister of Justice and Public Order, Ms. Stefi Drakou and by Mr. Christos Melidis, Lawyer, who will be representing our firm.
