Professional Excellence
As a firm we seek excellence at both a team and an individual level. We aim to recruit and retain the best individuals in all aspects of our operations and with the aid of our Human Resources team, ensure that they perform to their maximum capability. This is how we performed in 2022.
Independent rating houses
The year started and ended on a high note. The year opened with Elias Neocleous & Co LLC being named the Citywealth IFC Awards ‘Firm of the Year – Cyprus and Malta’. It closed with our Tax Team winning the ITR EMEA Cyprus Tax Firm of the Year Award and a powerful performance by our Restructuring Practice cementing the inclusion of Elias Neocleous & Co LLC in the GRR100 elite for the fourth consecutive year. We were particularly proud of the Tax Team since this is the first time that the title has not been awarded to a Big 4 accounting firm. However, it was not alone in reaching impressive heights.
