Admiralty Court determines jurisdiction based on cause of injury on ship

A recent Admiralty Court interim judgment examined whether an action, omission, or negligence that resulted in an injury to a seaman can be considered related to the “navigation or management” of a ship, to determine the court’s jurisdiction.
