Chrysanthos heads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department of the firm. His practice focuses on multi-jurisdictional, cross-border disputes and he regularly acts for multinational enterprises, high net worth individuals, financial entities and banking institutions. Chrysanthos is renowned for his involvement in some of Cyprus’ largest litigation disputes with a consistent track record of success in protecting clients’ interests. His practice spans a wide spectrum of commercial litigation, including, corporate litigation, shareholder disputes, contractual disputes,general fraud, cybercrime and internet fraud, digital assets and technology disputes, trusts and international trade, alongside a profound capability in asset recovery and urgent injunctive relief cases.
His career is distinguished by rerpresenting major international financial institutions, investment firms, multinational corporations and high-net-worth individuals in substantial economic claims and general commercial disputes as well as in advising them in managing risks associated with their business transactions. He also provides strategic advice on dispute resolution, enforcement risks, and acts regularly for judgment creditors in recognizing and enforcing foreign judgments and arbitral awards in Cyprus and vice versa.
