• Advised multinational groups, private equity funds, and family offices on cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and group restructurings, with particular focus on Cyprus holding structures.
• Acted on complex cross-border mergers and conversions under the EU Mobility Directive, including forward and reverse mergers and cross-border redomiciliations across the EU.
• Advised on landmark Mobility Directive transactions, including one of the first cross-border conversions of a Cyprus company into an EU jurisdiction following the implementation of the Directive.
• Advised on the cross-border acquisition of Safebridge GmbH (Germany) and its Cyprus subsidiary by Mintra Holding AS (Norway), acting as Cyprus counsel on the transaction as part of Mintra’s strategic expansion in maritime digital training and crew competence management solutions.
• Acted on the sale of the core business of Ticketpro to Ticketmaster (Live Nation Entertainment Inc.), including structuring and execution of the transaction
• Advised on the sale of Markovo Tepe Mall (Bulgaria) through a Cyprus holding structure
• Acted on cross-border transactions involving technology, industrial software, real estate, and hospitality groups, coordinating multi-jurisdictional legal teams.
• Led and participated in legal due diligence exercises for multinational corporations, private equity investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
